Ankit Goyanka is the founder & CEO of ProcessVenue. A serial entrepreneur, he built and exited Goyanka Technologies to a Silicon Valley leader in identity verification (Jumio), an experience that shaped his B.O.A.T. playbook—Build, Operate, Achieve, Transfer—for standing up secure, high-scale operations. At ProcessVenue he pioneered the Human-Augmented Intelligence (HAI) operating model, where automation does the heavy lifting and expert teams keep quality honest—delivering faster cycles, audited outcomes, and enterprise-grade governance across global programmes.

With more than 16 years dedicated to the Product and Services industry, Anil Poonia brings a wealth of experience as a Six Sigma and SAFe Agile certified professional. He’s passionate about shaping smarter AI solutions through meaningful work in data curation, training, and quality validation for machine learning. Anil’s commitment to process improvement ensures that Human-Augmented AI projects benefit from Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles - helping teams get better results every day.

Poorva Goyanka is a Director at ProcessVenue, bringing more than 15 years of experience in software development and technology leadership. Her expertise spans AI-driven business and workplace automation, enterprise application development, and process optimization. Known for her strategic approach and hands-on technical proficiency, she has led the design and delivery of secure, scalable IT solutions that support digital transformation and operational excellence. Poorva is committed to leveraging emerging technologies to help organizations enhance efficiency, strengthen performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Mike has partnered with Ankit Goyanka in business since 2018 and they sat together on the board of an Indian private limited company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Mike was delighted to continue the partnership and join the advisory board for ProcessVenue in March 2025.
Mike is an executive leader and board member/advisor, with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of scaled business operations, customer experience/services (CX), across sectors, but particularly AI/ML SaaS, FinTech, Online Travel, e- Commerce & Logistics, Telco/Broadband, Retail Banking, and Outsourcing. He's a strategic thinker & influencer, with the personal drive to deliver value to all stakeholder groups.

Jaan is an established AI/ML Data Science practitioner. He saw the potential of AI during his undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering at Brunel University UK and remained to attain a PhD in using AI for character recognition in 1992. Since then, he has worked continuously in the AI/ML sector, most often with consultancy teams working on project delivery and team management. He has worked with several high-profile international companies across many business sectors and units. Jaan strives to use the latest AI methods in project delivery by staying abreast of the most current innovations and always looking for new ways to use AI for both business and social benefit. During his career he has worked mainly in start-up enterprises, the first of which was sold to DoubleClick (latterly Google) and the second to CACI. For the past fourteen years he has been a director of Redsella Limited, an AI/ML consultancy based in the UK. In 2018 he started working with Ankit and the Processvenue team on multiple applications of AI methods to optimise business problems.
