Mike has partnered with Ankit Goyanka in business since 2018 and they sat together on the board of an Indian private limited company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Mike was delighted to continue the partnership and join the advisory board for ProcessVenue in March 2025.

Mike is an executive leader and board member/advisor, with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of scaled business operations, customer experience/services (CX), across sectors, but particularly AI/ML SaaS, FinTech, Online Travel, e- Commerce & Logistics, Telco/Broadband, Retail Banking, and Outsourcing.
